AFoCR’s Welcomes the Czech President Pavel to Washington D.C.

President Peter Pavel leads the delegation to the NATO Summit

President of the Czech Republic Petr Pavel spent the week of July 8, 2024 in the United States. In addition to the NATO Summit, his program also includes a festive celebration to commemorate the 75th anniversary of the founding of NATO, numerous lectures and social events in Washington D.C. and Texas.

AFoCR directors had multiple opportunities to interact with Mr. Pavel and his delegation. Other Czech government dignitaries also visited the nation’s capital and we had a privilege to assist in organization and hosting of multiple meetings of the delegations with the US officials.

We also organized a lunch for the speaker of the Czech House of Delegates Marketa Pekarova-Adamova, we met with Foreign Minister Lipavsky and several members of the legislative chambers.
